Wishing all of our backers a great 2016!
MiStand+ and MiStand mini continue to ship all over the world. We will be shipping the remaining December rewards this week and will begin to ship the January rewards from the 18th January 2016.
Reminder about shipping notifications (as per previous update)
We are sending out shipping notification emails (to your email address registered with Kickstarter) which contains your tracking number. We are using Royal Mail and DHL to deliver your rewards. Please note that in most cases Royal Mail pass on the parcel to your country's national postal service along with the tracking number; for example if you are backer based in the USA, your reward will be delivered by USPS and the Royal Mail tracking number we provide can be used on the USPS tracking website. Please note that backers receiving their rewards via DHL will receive an e-mail as soon as the postage labels are produced, however there may be wait while the rewards are packaged and actually shipped.

We really appreciate all of the feedback we have been receiving; overall the feedback has been positive, but if you are having difficulty with your rewards then please get in touch via the Kickstarter direct messages or e-mailing [email protected].

Hi,
It has been a busy few months and we are progressing well.
We have been receiving a few comments and messages from backers who are concerned by the strength of the pads; when designing the MiStand+, securely holding your tablet was one our top priorities. The general rule is, "the more force you apply when placing the tablet the more will be required to take it off". Here is a short video to answer some of the questions we have had:
After a few uses, the strength of the pads will settle and you will find it easier to dismount your tablet (don't worry, it will still be secure). Over time, the pads may reduce in strength due to a build up of dust; simply follow the instructions on the packaging and you are good to go!
December shipping is progressing well; we will be continuing to ship over the next few weeks and will get going on January backers as soon as possible.

Hi,
Hope you are all well; we just wanted to post a quick update.
Shipping is going well - about 85% of November Rewards have been shipped, with the remaining being posted this week. December rewards will begin shipping over the coming weekend.

Hi,
So the second half of November is approaching and we are starting shipping!
Note: The total shipments won't match our total number of backers as some backers chose no reward and/or dropped out after the campaign ended.
****In order to concentrate on the shipping process we won't be answering queries chasing rewards / shipping notifications until we have posted an update stating that each round (month) of Kickstarter shipments have come to an end. So please don't worry if you haven't received notification as shipping is going to be taking place every working day for the next couple of months.****
